Start your day in our impressive drawing room with breathtaking views of the garden overlooking Wells Cathedral.

A fresh fruit platter will be at the centre of your breakfast table.  Help yourself from the buffet with a selection of fresh fruit juices, yoghurts, dried fruit compote, prunes and grapefruit segments, a basket of breads and pastries and quality cereals.  There is also a large platter of Somerset cheeses and continental meats.

If you are still hungry, follow the continental with a home cooked breakfast (supplement £5). There is a choice of traditional English cooked breakfast; scrambled eggs and salmon; or eggs benedict
