Booking & Cancellation

All bookings for the Gatehouse cottage require a minimum 20% deposit on booking and the balance paid 7 days prior to arrival date; Cancellation period in June and July is 30 days before date of arrival.

There are different cancellation options  depending on what rate you book:

a) Standard rate

Rooms booked at standard rate  may be cancelled  free of charge until 14 days before arrival. In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 14 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the balance of the total booking value will be charged. In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 14 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the balance of the total booking value will be charged. Cancellation period in June and July is 30 days before date of arrival.

b) Prepaid  rate - no money back

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

c) longer stays

For stays longer than seven days bookings will require a non-refundable  deposit of 50% to be paid on booking. In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 14 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the balance of the total booking value will be charged. Cancellation period in June and July is 30 days before date of arrival.
